With each service provided, members at Royalty Academic Services begin with a thorough needs assessment. These assessments are in the form of surveys, questionnaires and summative assessments and are aimed to gauge academic, personal and career interests and potential, as well as to identify areas of improvement. At the end of each needs assessment, individualized success plans are designed, developed and implemented to maximize success in accomplishing established goals
COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT
A community-oriented organization, Royalty Academic Services is making efforts to increase its presence within the communities across Suffolk and Nassau County, as well as Burroughs throughout NYC. This company will be joining initiatives set out by Public Libraries and other community organizations to promote workforce development, as well as promote literacy and STEAM initiatives.
